Teradata Senior Test Consultant in Cairo, Egypt
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Test Engineer specializing in Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDWH) testing, you'll be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test strategies and methodologies tailored for large-scale data warehousing projects. Your focus will be on ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the EDWH environment.
Who You’ll Work With
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, business intelligence engineers, data modelers, and project managers.
You will be reporting to Test Lead.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software testing, specifically in EDWH testing.
Proficiency in SQL, relational database concepts, and ETL processes.
What You’ll Bring
Desired Skills:
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling techniques.
Experience with ETL tools & concepts such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, Robot Framework).
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
