Teradata Senior Finance Manager for Analytics in Denver, Colorado

What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager with a strong analytical background to lead our financial analytics function. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping our data-driven financial strategy, overseeing high-level financial analysis, and supporting key decision-making processes. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive insights and optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analytics functions to drive data-driven financial decision-making.

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards and reporting tools to streamline financial analytics and reporting.

  • Develop and implement advanced financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.

  • Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership on financial performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Collaborate with business units to understand financial needs, identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, and support strategic initiatives.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of analysts, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on analytics and innovation.

Who You’ll Work With

You will work closely with your peers in the GTM finance teams, supporting GTM and finance leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy & Operations, Sales, Customer Experience and the People Team.

You will report to Vice President Finance for Go To Market.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree in finance or a related field is required.

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior-level analytics or FP&A role.

  • Proficient knowledge of subscription based Revenue modelling (Annual Recurring Revenue)

  • Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and advanced data analysis.

  • Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial ERP systems

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear insights.

  • Proven track record of effectively communicating financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing finance teams.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, standardization, and process efficiency.

Pay Rate: $128,900.00 - $161,200.00 - $193,400.00 Annually

Pay Rate: 128900.0000 - 161200.0000 - 193400.0000 Annually
