What You'll Do

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will support our Ethics & Compliance and Privacy programs (the “Programs”) and assist with related matters to ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate for this role is personable, self-motivated, has an acute attention for detail, and technically proficient with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Collaborate with the Chief Ethics & Compliance and Privacy Officers to manage the Programs and enable consistent, effective practices.

  • Support the implementation and oversight of the Programs’ goals, standards, practices, and processes.

  • Perform regular reviews of and updates to the Programs’ documents to ensure materials remain current.

  • Partner with key business areas to ensure issues relevant to the Programs are considered and mitigated at the outset of new projects, initiatives, sales activities, and product development.

  • Develop, maintain, and operationalize global ethics, compliance and privacy policies and procedures.

  • Develop and issue training and related awareness materials.

  • Monitor compliance with Programs-related company policies and support periodic audits.

  • Monitor the Company ethics helpline and coordinate global resolutions to issues reported to ensure such items are being addressed in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with the Company’s People Team and other internal functions, as necessary, to identify ethics and compliance related complaints submitted outside of the Company’s ethics helpline.

  • Prepare quarterly reporting of the Programs for purposes of updating the Company’s executive team and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

  • Identify relevant ethics and compliance benchmarking and prepare data assessing the Company’s Programs to such benchmarks.

  • Review and update the Company’s Code of Conduct to ensure it continues to be aligned with best practices; assist with the preparation of the annual Code of Conduct training; and ensure training deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate and prepare responses to the Company’s World’s Most Ethical Company and other relevant submissions, as applicable.

  • Other duties related to supporting these programs as assigned.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in legal field, with emphasis in compliance matters, including privacy preferred.

  • Experience with corporate ethics and compliance programs preferred.

  • Working knowledge of U.S. and International compliance and privacy laws, including the FCPA, GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, etc. preferred

  • Fluent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly and at all levels.

Pay Rate: $81,600.00 - $101,900.00 - $122,400.00 Annually

Pay Rate: 81600.0000 - 101900.0000 - 122400.0000 Annually
