We are establishing a new capability to provide worldwide sales operations support to Sales Unit Leaders and their teams through the UNIT Sales Operations Managers (SOMs). This role involves managing the Sales Operations RSO team (3 members).

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with SOMs to support the Sales Management Process, including Salesforce.com hygiene, opportunity management, and reporting.

Run and analyze SFDC reports, updating logic and filters as needed.

Coordinate activities related to ad hoc projects and data requests.

Own and manage field responsibilities for the quarterly Customer Satisfaction Survey (WIN/LOSS).

Support the annual territory planning process in collaboration with SOMs.

Collaborate with SOM’s to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.

Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support data-driven decision-making.

Report to the Worldwide Head of Field Sales Operations.

Who You’ll Work With

Sales Operations Managers (SOMs), Sales Unit Leaders, and cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and customer success, to support sales initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong leadership skills to evaluate team performance and provide necessary training and coaching.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with operations teams, collaborating departments, and upper management.

Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop new strategies.

Financial skills and business acumen.

Proficiency in using Salesforce.com and database software tools in daily tasks.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience & Education:

Significant experience in a relevant sales operations role, demonstrating knowledge and proficiency in sales operations management.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with coursework in management, finance, and statistics.
